| Recipe: | Solution A: Agar 5 g GC agar base (BBL 11275) 36 g Distilled water 500 ml Solution B: Dried Bovine Hemoglobine (BBL 11871) 10 g Distilled water 500 ml Solution C: IsoVitaleX (BBL 11876) 10 ml Autoclave Solutions A and B separately at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 50°C. Aseptically add Solution B to Solution A. Mix very well. Rehydrate IsoVitaleX according to package instructions and add aseptically to medium. Mix well. |
