Nevertheless, these data are a snapshot at a given moment; further updates are always possible.
The publicly available plasmids are divided into two groups:
core plasmids and non-core plasmids. In the frame of the BCCM/LMBP ISO9001:2008 certification,
all plasmids are submitted to a purity and a viability test. Only the core plasmids have already been
subjected to an authenticity test (analysis of the restriction enzyme pattern).
The authenticity of the non-core plasmids will be tested upon ordering, prior to their release.
