Basic DNA extraction suitable for Sanger sequencing. Genomic DNA from BCCM/IHEM strains can be ordered directly via our catalogue by selecting “gDNA” as the form of supply. Please contact us for DNA extraction of your strains. The cost (see price list) includes DNA extraction, quality control by agarose gel electrophoresis and measurement of DNA concentration.

High quality genomic DNA extraction suitable for NGS applications such as whole genome sequencing. DNA is delivered with a report on specific quality controls and measurements. This service is available on request. Please contact us for a quote.
