Further information: The plasmid was constructed by cloning the Candida albicans PCK1 promoter, downstream of an FRT site, into the p416-SHS-TI vector, between the second SAT1 fragment and FRT site at the end of the gene disruption cassette.
The plasmid is intended for conditional gene expression in Candida albicans.
