Further information: | The plasmid was constructed by inserting the E-tagged, dominant negative mutant of the human RAC1 cDNA as an EcoRI-KpnI fragment from pCAGGS-EhRac1-DN into the EcoRI-KpnI opened pACCMVpLpA vector. This adenoviral shuttle plasmid is used in combination with e.g. pJM17 to generate recombinant Ad5 viruses. The nucleotide sequence of this plasmid corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number LT727056.1. The nucleotide sequence of the Ad5 DNA corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number X02996.1. The nucleotide sequence of the wt RAC1 cDNA corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number AF498964.1. Other name of the plasmid is pACCMVpLpA-Rac1DN. |
