Further information: | Yeast 2-Hybrid construction. The mouse myeloid differentiation primary response gene 88 cDNA (Myd88) encodes an adaptor protein involved in TLR and IL-1R induced activation of NF-κB. Mouse Myd88ID consists of exon 2, the intermediate domain (aa 110-154). Mouse Myd88ID was picked up and cloned in frame with the N-terminal GALbd. The nucleotide sequence of the mouse Myd88 cDNA corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number U84409.1. |
