| Further information: | This plasmid contains the mouse interleukin 2 cDNA (mIL2) from the mouse mRNA EL4 ExC5 cell line, cloned via dG/dC-tailing in the unique PstI site of pAT153. The length of the 5' and 3' untranslated regions of the mIL2 insert is not exactly known. The nucleotide sequence of this plasmid corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number LT727177.1. The (+-) 900 bp mIL2 insert has not been entirely sequenced (only the PstI site in front of the mIL2 start codon). The nucleotide sequence of the mouse IL2 cDNA corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number X01772.1. Other name of the plasmid is 14-19-2F. |
