| Further information: | E6L is a cDNA copy of the light chain of the mouse anti-hPLAP monoclonal antibody E6(IgG2b,κ) which was cloned in the unique PstI site of pBR322 by dG/dC-tailing. The 5' untranslated region of E6L consists of 26 dG-residues (tail) and 29 nucleotides from 5UTR. The 3' untranslated region of E6L consists of 150 nucleotides from 3UTR and 15 dC-residues (tail). A second isolated clone named pBRE6L2 (storage number 1681) differs from pBRE6L only in the length of the 5' and 3' UTR regions. Name of the plasmid mentioned in Feys et al. (1988) is pBRE6-L. The nucleotide sequence of this plasmid corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number LT727583.1. |
