| Further information: | This plasmid was constructed by inserting the dG/dC-tailed fragment of the human interferon γ cDNA (γ-0) into the unique (filled-in) BamHI site of pBR327. The coding sequence of the hIFNG cDNA is not complete: the fragment starts (presumably) at codon 17 of the mature sequence. The orientation and the exact size of the inserted fragment are not known. The nucleotide sequence of this plasmid corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number LT727573.1. Other name of the plasmid is pBR327γ0-2. |
