|Status:||GeneCorner non-core plasmid|
Escherichia coli alkaline phosphatase A gene (phoA); signal sequence|
Mouse anti-hPLAP monoclonal antibody E6(IgG2b,κ) cDNA; light chain (E6L) missing the leader signal sequence
Mouse anti-hPLAP monoclonal antibody E6(IgG2b,κ) cDNA; heavy chain (E6H) missing the leader signal sequence
|Promoter:||Escherichia coli hybrid tryptophan/lacUV5 promoter (tac)|
|Ribosome binding site (RBS) of the Escherichia coli alkaline phosphatase A gene (phoA)|
|Selection marker:||Ampicillin (amp)|
|Replicon:||Escherichia coli plasmid pMB1 origin|
|Host range:||Escherichia coli|
|Parental clone:||pBRphoAE6H; pBRphoAE6L|
|Further information:||This plasmid was constructed by inserting the XhoI-NruI fragment of pBRphoAE6L (containing the tac promoter and the sphoA-E6L cassette) between the SalI and NruI sites of pBRphoAE6H.
The plasmid is used for expression of the mouse anti-hPLAP antibody E6.
The presence of the lacI(q) repressor gene is necessary to control the activity of the tac promoter.
Name mentioned in Flamez et al. (1995) is pBRphoAE6.
