|Further information:||The plasmid was derived from pLJ11, deleting codons 46 to 96 (a spacer between two export signals) and 222 to 306 (one copy of the repeats in the central part) from yscP by inverse PCR and religating the fragments. This resulted in the Y. enterocolitica yscP388 CDS, cloned in the pBAD/Myc-HisA vector.
