Further information: | The plasmid was constructed by replacing codons 1 up to and including 102 of the partial human BCL10 coding sequence of pCAGGS-E-hBcl10-1-119, with the corresponding codons of the Nemostella vectensis coding sequence from pCAGGS-E-NvBcl10. The purpose of these hybrid constucts is to verify functional conservation of the CARD domain, while still having the critical residues 107-119 from human Bcl10. Residue 102 is chosen since invertebrate Bcl10 homologs align well up until residue 102 in human Bcl10. Other name of the plasmid is pCAGGS-E-hBcl10-NvN-d119. |
