| Further information: | The mouse myeloid differentiation primary response gene 88 cDNA (Myd88), encoding an adaptor protein involved in TLR and IL-1R induced activation of NF-κB, is expressed under the control of the AG promoter and the human CMV-IE enhancer in various mammalian cells. The plasmid is derived from pCAGGS-E-mMyD88; the EcoRI/NotI E-tag was removed, the restriction sites were blunted and religated. The nucleotide sequence of the mouse Myd88 cDNA corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number U84409.1. |
