Further information: | The plasmid was created by PCR amplifying the putative p10 and catalytic cysteine mutant p20 fragments of human MALT1 and fusing them in reverse order via a linker sequence. The resulting PCR fragment was cloned into the EcoRI/NotI opened pCD-F vector. The parental clone of this vector has been shown to provide resistance to kanamycin, although growth was reduced compared to growth on medium containing ampicillin. The nucleotide sequence of the wild type human MALT1 coding sequence corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number AF130356.2. |
