| Further information: | The plasmid was created by introducing an R149A mutation in the autocleavage site of the human MALT1 coding sequence of pCD-Lck-F-MK. The mouse Lck myristoylation-targeting sequence directs the fusion protein to cellular membranes. The parental clone of this vector has been shown to provide resistance to kanamycin, although growth was reduced compared to growth on medium containing ampicillin. The nucleotide sequence of the wild type human MALT1 cDNA corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number AF130356.2. |
