| Further information: | The plasmid was constructed by cloning the SalI fragment from pDH25, containing the hygromycin resistance gene under control of the A. nidulans trpC promoter and terminator, into the SalI-opened pBluescriptIISK+ vector. The orientation of the hygromycin cassette is opposite compared to pCSN44. The nucleotide sequence of this plasmid corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number LT726869.1. The nucleotide sequences of the trpC promoter and terminator correspond with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number X02390.1. |
