Further information: | This Gateway entry vector contains the lacZ coding sequence flanked by attL1-L2 sites. The plasmid can be used as a positive middle entry control vector in the construction of Gateway-compatible Rosa26 locus targeting expression vectors. The nucleotide sequence of this plasmid corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number LT726876.1. The region upstream from the Tn903 neomycin resistance, including the 5' end of lacZ, and the region downstream from the pMB1 ori, including the 3' end of lacZ, were sequenced by BCCM/GeneCorner. Other name of the plasmid is pENTR1A nls-LacZ. |
