Cloned DNA: Mouse anti-hPLAP monoclonal antibody E6(IgG2b,κ) cDNA; truncated heavy chain of the Fab fragment E6F1 (E6Hf1)
Promoter: Phage SP6 promoter
Phage T7 gene 10 promoter (T7g10)
binding site:
Terminator: -
Selection marker: Ampicillin (amp)
Replicon: Escherichia coli plasmid pMB1 origin
Host range: Escherichia coli
Parental clone: pGEME6H
Further information: The plasmid was constructed as follows: 1) pGEME6H was cleaved with ApaI (10th nucleotide of the hinge sequence) and blunted (Klenow fragment); 2) an XbaI linker ('TCTAGA') was added by ligation, resulting in the vector pGEME6H3 which contains a termination codon preceding the first Cys codon of the hinge sequence; 3) the XbaI fragment from pGEME6H3 was subsequently deleted by an XbaI digestion.
EMBL Accession number: -
