| Further information: | This plasmid contains a half-genomic insert encoding the complete mouse::human chimeric heavy chain of the anti-hPLAP antibody E6(Hy3,κ) clockwise orientated relative to the SV40 early promoter. The mouse part of the cloned gene consists of cDNA; the human part consists of genomic DNA. The plasmid doesn't contain the SV40 small t-antigen splicing signal. Designed for transient expression in COS cells or constitutive expression in CHO cells (cotransfection with DHFR plasmids). The HindIII-SalI fragment of pATE6Hy3 is cloned in the HindIII-SalI site of pSV23. Other name of the plasmid is pSV23Hy3. |
