| Further information: | Designed for transient expression in COS cells and constitutive expression in CHO cells (cotransfection with DHFR plasmids). Expression sites: AccI, HindIII, SalI and XbaI which are all unique. It is presumably possible to clone into the unique AvrII and/or unique StuI sites for expression, but this has not been tested. The plasmid contains the SV40 small t-antigen splicing signal. Since the prokaryotic part is derived from pAT153, there are no 'poison' sequences present. Other name of the plasmid is pSVd2-3tss+. |
