| Further information: | This multisite Gateway destination vector was constructed by removing the human CMV-IE promoter from pcDNA3 as a BglII/XhoI fragment and replacing it with a multisite Gateway cassette containing attenuator sites attR4 and attR3. The Gateway multisite cassette was PCR-amplified from pLenti6 pDEST pLenti + CMV MGW. The nucleotide sequence of this plasmid corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number LT726807.1. The region upstream of the ampicillin resistance gene and upstream of the f1 ori, containing the multisite Gateway cassette, has been sequenced by BCCM/GeneCorner. |
