(1000x): Nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) 1,5 g MgSO4 x 7H2O 3,0 g MnSO4 x H2O 0,5 g NaCl 1,0 g FeSO4 x 7H2O 0,1 g CoSO4 x 7H2O 0,18 g CaCl2 x 2H2O 0,1 g ZnSO4 x 7H2O 0,18 g CuSO4 x 5H2O 0,01 g KAI(SO4)2 x 12H2O 0,02 g H3BO3 0,01 g Na2MoO4 x 2H2O 0,01 g NiCl2 x 6H2O 0,03 g Na2SeO3 x 5H20 0,3 mg Distilled water 1000 ml Dissolve NTA first and adjust pH to 6,5 with KOH (~0,5g for 350 ml), then add other salts. Adjust pH to 7.0 with KOH. Filter sterilize. Solution 4: Vitamin sol. Solution 5: Add 300 g NaCl in 1 L distilled water. Autoclave Solution 6: Add 38 g Fe-EDTA in 1 L distilled water. Filter sterilize To make 1 L liquid NMS add 100 ml Solution 1 50 ml Solution 2 1 ml Solution 3 1 ml Solution 4 66 ml Solution 5 400 µl Solution 6 Bring to 1 L with sterile H2O |
