| Recipe: | Solution A: Neutralize in bidistilled water 5 g malic acid with KOH (approximate amount of 4,5 g). Check pH. Adjust if necessary. Supplement with : MgSO4 x 7H2O 0,2 g NaCl 0,1 g CaCl2 20 mg Na2MoO4 x 2H2O 2 mg MnSO4 x H2O 10 mg Fe EDTA (0,66% w/v in H2O) 10 ml Adjust to a final volume of 1 L with bidistilled water taking into account the volume of solution B to be added. Autoclave. Solution B: Mix 0,4 g K2HPO4 and 0,6 g KH2PO4 in bidistilled water and check pH. Adjust if necessary. Autoclave separately. Aseptically mix solution B with solution A. Final pH is 6,8. |
