Safe deposit of cyanobacteria at BCCM/ULC

Administrative requirements

In order to make a safe deposit, a contract needs to be signed by both parties. This contract includes all relevant scientific information about the cyanobacterial strain.

Please complete and sign the contract and provide it in duplicate to BCCM/ULC.

Technical requirements

Please send 3 freshly grown active cultures.

 

Please note that we can only accept as deposits unicyanobacterial cultures without eukaryotic contaminants and low amounts of bacterial contaminants.

In case your samples do not pass the quality control, we will ask you to send us again new, purified samples or we can purify your samples for you against a charge.

 

Contract termination

To end an existing contract, please fill in the termination form and provide it to BCCM/ULC.
