The release and the use of biological material from the public BCCM/LMG collection are subject to the terms of the BCCM Material Transfer Agreement (MTA), and may be subject to extra restrictions, which you will find in the catalogue description of the particular material, more specifically in the field ‘Restrictions’.
Order from the patent collection
Written approval of the depositor or an IP office is required. IP offices may insist on using their own forms.

Under no circumstances shall BCCM/LMG's total liability exceed the total contract value.
These limitations of liability shall not apply in case of willful misconduct or fraud.
The client undertakes to indemnify and hold BCCM/LMG harmless from and against third party claims based on the client’s use or exploitation of the results.
In case a framework contract needs to be signed, the conditions mentioned in this contract take priority.
