The interest in micro-organisms and their potential is growing every year. Specific fields, such as the production of fermentation-based proteins, are even growing exponentially.
The Ghent-based ProteInn Club connects protein-experts from both research and industry, and is working with Wiley to develop a series of books on renewable resources. At the moment, 27 titles have been published already!
They are currently looking for an editor for a book on "Microbial Protein", an important topic within the series.
