		BCCM monitors client's satisfaction and needs BCCM is committed to providing its clients with the best quality services. In this spirit of continuous improvement, we've organised a client satisfaction survey. We wish to thank the respondents for the feedback that they have given us. More than 83% of the respondents is satisfied with our supply service and 97% is satisfied with the quality of our biological material. 96% of respondents stated that they would order their material or services again at BCCM and all of them would recommend BCCM to others.


MUCL/GINCO increases its offer of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi	MALDI-TOF MS: A high-throughput and low cost bacterial identification technique	The project PRESPHOTO: Improvement of the preservation of photosynthetic microalgae

Over the years, the MUCL/GINCO team has focused its efforts on the in vitro cultivation and preservation of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF). Recently, the collection has doubled its offer of Rhizophagus species that are publicly available and soon it will extend to Gigaspora species.	Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/ Ionization Time-Of-Flight Mass Spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS) has been introduced as a rapid, high-throughput and low-cost tool for species level identification in medical, environmental and food-related studies.	The project PRESPHOTO aimed to improve the preservation of photosynthetic microalgae as well as their genetic information. The results demonstrated that cryopreservation by the traditional two-step cooling procedures was suitable for cyanobacterial strains. .
