Morphological identification by light microscopy

Cyanobacterial strains or environmental samples can be sent for morphological identification. The final report is based on light microscopy and includes macroscopic and microscopic evaluation and identification of cyanobacteria following the work of Komàrek & Anagnostidis (1998; 2005) and Komàrek (2013).

If needed, we can discuss the possibility of supplementing the morphological analysis by amplifying and sequencing the 16S rRNA gene and ITS region.
