| Further information: | The plasmid was constructed via PCR amplification of IKKepsilon with pcDNA3.1-FLAG-IKKe as a template. The IKKe coding sequence was ligated as an NcoI/EcoRI fragment into the NcoI/EcoRI opened pACT2 vector. The nucleotide sequence of the IKKe cDNA corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number AF241789.1, except for a G202A nucleotide substitution, leading to a V68I amino acid mutation, and a silent C1350A nucleotide substitution. The nucleotide sequence of the pACT2 vector corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number U29899.1. Other name of the plasmid is pACT-IKKepsilon. |
