Further information: | The plasmid was constructed by inserting the T7 promoter sequence into the pKD4 vector (B. L. Wanner lab). The plasmid is a template for an FRT-flanked kanamycin resistance cassette. After FLP-mediated excision of the kanamycin resistance gene, the plasmid resulting from pCLF4 is identical to those resulting from pCLF1, pCLF2 and pCLF3. The remaining FLP recognition site has termination codons in all 6 reading frames. The nucleotide sequence of the pCLF4 vector corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number EU629214.1. |
