| Further information: | The plasmid was constructed as follows: - PCR was performed on pSV-human GRalpha with primers resulting in NcoI-human GRalpha delta LBD (human GR alpha lacking the ligand binding domain)-stop-BamHI-XbaI - This NcoI/ XbaI GRalpha-dLBD fragment was inserted into NcoI-XbaI cutted pEF-Flag-His-human GR beta vector, replacing His-GR beta. NcoI cuts in between Flag and His-tag, whereas XbaI cuts ~160 nt after stop of GRbeta. Other name of the plasmid is pEF-Flag-human GRalpha-delta LBD. |
