Further information: The plasmid was created by PCR-amplifying the soluble (extracellular) part of the mouse IL1R1 from L929 mouse cell line cDNA and cloning it as an EcoRI/XbaI fragment into the pEF6/Myc-HisA vector.
The plasmid is meant for expression of soluble mouse IL1R1 in mammalian cells. The expressed protein is secreted into the medium and can be detected or purified via the C-terminal myc/His tag.
The nucleotide sequence of the mouse soluble IL1R1 cDNA corresponds with the Genbank accession number NM_008362.2.
EMBL Accession number: NM_008362.2, view at GenBank
