The plasmid is meant for expression of human IL1RAP in mammalian cells. The expressed protein is secreted into the medium and can be detected or purified via the C-terminal myc/His tag. The nucleotide sequence of the human IL1RAP cDNA corresponds with the Genbank accession number NM_002182.3. |
