| Further information: | The TRAF3-gene was PCR-amplified from pcDNA3.1-FLAG-TRAF3, with attB1.1 and attB2.1 sites added to the forward and reverse primer, respectively (attB-sites are the same as used in the ORFeome v8.1). Afterwards, the gene was inserted in pDONR223 with a Gateway B/P-reaction. This Gateway entry vector contains the streptomycin/spectinomycin resistance gene aadA. Other name of the plasmid is pENTR-TRAF3. |
