| Further information: | The plasmid was constructed by cloning the mutated dominant negative domain (DN) of the mouse Pcdh19 coding sequence into the pENTR3C vector. The mouse Pcdh19 fragment was elongated with 5' part of the human PCDH19 coding sequence, resulting in one different amino acid. The coding sequence also contains two nucleotide polymorphisms, which do not result in an amino acid change. Other name of the plasmid is pENTR3cC-mPcdh19-HA DN cl14. |
