-
Terminator: Escherichia coli rrnB operon T1 terminator
Escherichia coli rrnB operon T2 terminator
Selection marker: Neomycin (neo; kanamycin (kan))
Replicon: Escherichia coli plasmid pMB1 origin
Host range: Escherichia coli
Parental clone: pENTR3C
Further information: This Gateway entry plasmid was constructed by introducing an L291P mutation in the human MLKL coding sequence, and cloning a C-terminal fragment, consisting of codons 211 up to and including 471, into the pENTR3C vector.
The human MLKL fragment in this plasmid does not include a termination codon, allowing for C-terminal tagging. An N-terminal Strep-tag II was fused to the human MLKL coding sequence via PCR.
The nucleotide sequence of the wild type human MLKL coding sequence corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number AK091708.1.
Other name of the plasmid is pENTR3C-strep-hMLKL(211-471)-L291P-stop.
