| Further information: | The plasmid was created by removing the GFP-unc-54 terminator cassette from pDestMB14 and replacing it with the Perceval coding sequence flanked by the C. elegans gas-1 promoter and terminator sequences. Perceval is an engineered fluorescent biosensor that can be used to monitor the ATP/ADP ratio during live cell imaging. The nucleotide sequence of the C. elegans inserts can be retrieved from the Genbank accession numbers NC_003284.9 and NC_003281.10. Other name of the plasmid is GAS-1tp:Perceval (E.coli DH5 α). |
