Further information: | This is the same plasmid as pFGA2, except for a unique StuI site created by site-specific mutagenesis. Upon StuI digestion of pFGA6, a blunt end is created directly behind the Lys Arg codons of the A. niger glaA propeptide sequence. This vector can only be co-transformed in fungi. The nucleotide sequence of this plasmid corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number LT727605.1. The nucleotide sequence of the fungal part of the plasmid (= nucleotide position 414 to 3834) corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number AM270061.1, except for the mutated fragment. Other name of the plasmid is pDC1. |
