Further information: | The plasmid was constructed by cloning the synthetic S. kowaleski PCASP coding sequence into the pG9m vector. The acorn worm paracaspase represents an important evolutionary check point in the evolution of MALT1: the acorn worm is a hemichordate - a non-chordate deuterostome with good sequence information. Conserved features in a non-chordate (ambulacraria) deuterostome tells us which features were present in the last common deuterostome ancestor. Is synthetically generated by Gen9 |
