Parental clone: pGAD424; pCAGGS-E-mABIN-2f2
Further information: The plasmid was constructed by inserting the EcoRI-BglII fragment from pCAGGS-E-mABIN-2f2, containing codons 286-430 of the mouse A20-binding inhibitor of NF-κB activation 2 cDNA (mABIN-2), into the EcoRI-BglII opened pGAD424 vector. As a result, the coding sequence of the mABIN-2 fragment is fused in phase to the S. cerevisiae GAL4 activation domain (GALad). The fusion protein will be targeted to the nucleus by the nuclear localization signal of the SV40 large T-antigen that has been added to the GAL4 activation domain sequence.
The nucleotide sequence of the mABIN-2 cDNA corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number AJ304865.1.
Other name of the plasmid is pGAD424-mABIN-2(286-430).
