Further information: | The plasmid was constructed as follows: mouse B-cell leukemia/lymphoma x long form cDNA (mBclxL) was isolated from a L929r2 cDNA library and inserted into the EcoRI site of pGAD424. As a result, the mBclxL coding sequence was fused in frame to the S. cerevisiae GAL4 activation domain (GALad). The fusion protein will be targeted to the nucleus by the nuclear localization signal of the SV40 large T-antigen that has been added to the GAL4 activation domain sequence. The nucleotide sequence of this plasmid corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number LT727033.1.1 The nucleotide sequence of mBclxL corresponds with the Genbank accession number U51278.1. |
