Further information: The plasmid is derived from pFL38 and contains the S. cerevisiae GAP1 promoter, the GAP1 coding sequence in frame with the C-terminal mutated GFP coding sequence and the GAP1 terminator.
The plasmid contains the S65T-GFP mutant, whose fluorescence is known to be pH sensitive (Kneen et al., 1998).
