Further information: | The plasmid was created by cloning the NcoI-XmaI digested PCR amplification product obtained from pET21d-UNR into the NcoI-XmaI opened pGBKT7 vector. The pGBKT7 vector expresses proteins fused to amino acids 1-147 of the GAL4 DNA binding domain. The plasmid is meant for expression in yeast. The nucleotide sequence of the CSDE1 coding sequence corresponds with Genbank Accession number NM_007158.5. Other name of the plasmid is pGBKT7 UNR. |
