The mouse Ripk1-KD fragment is fused to the glutathione S-transferase (GST). The N-terminal GST carrier can be cleaved from the fusion protein by digestion at the thrombin recognition site. The nucleotide sequence of the mouse Ripk1 cDNA corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number BC058162.1. |
