Further information: | The plasmid was constructed as follows: fragments from human CDH1, isolated from pSM1, pSM9 and pDR2ECAD2, were combined to reconstruct full-length, human CDH1 cDNA, which was inserted between the XbaI and filled-in HindIII sites of pJ3omega (ATCC). This plasmid contains the SV40 small t-antigen splicing signal. The nucleotide sequence of this plasmid corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number LT727097.1. The borders of the insert and the ligation zones of the fragments were sequenced at the Department of Biomedical Molecular Biology (Ghent University, Belgium). The nucleotide sequence of the human CDH1 cDNA was obtained from the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number Z13009.1. Other name of the plasmid is pJ3ECad (cl1). |
