Further information: | The plasmid was constructed by cloning the human RIPK4 coding sequence into the pLHX32 vector. This low copy number plasmid can be used for IPTG-inducible expression of His-tagged human RIPK4 after transformation into an E. coli strain containing a compatible piCA plasmid. The His-tagged RIPK4 is not fused to trxA. Expression of human RIPK4 can be offered by the Protein Service Facility (PSF), Inflammation Research Center, VIB-Ghent University, Belgium. Please contact BCCM/GeneCorner for your protein expression request or refer to BCCM/GeneCorner when contacting PSF directly. The nucleotide sequence of the human RIP4 coding sequence corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number BC110617.1. Other names of the plasmid are pLT32HXhRIP4 and pLHXhRIP4 kl 1a dd16_06. |
