| Further information: | The plasmid was created by PCR amplifying the CNF1 fragment and ligating it into the pHLK102 vector. The cds was subsequently cloned as an XmaI fragment into the XmaI opened pLT32H vector. This low copy number plasmid can be used for IPTG-inducible expression of human CNF1 after transformation into an E. coli strain containing a compatible piCA plasmid. Expression of CFN1 with this vector can be offered by the Protein Service Facility (PSF), Inflammation Research Center, VIB-Ghent University, Belgium.
