| Further information: | The plasmid was constructed by inserting the human sGCB1 coding sequence between the SmaI and XbaI sites of pMa9-8. pMa9-8 is a pMa58 derivative with the PstI site of the ampicillin resistance gene removed. After mutagenesis, use mutS strains for primary transformation (e.g. sup(-) strain WK6mutS, sup(+) strain BMH71-18mutS); for segregation of possible mutants: sup(-) strains (e.g. WK6). The nucleotide sequence of this plasmid corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number LT727372.1. The nucleotide sequence of the hsGCB1 cDNA corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number X66533.1. Other name of the plasmid is pMa9-hsGCβ1. |
