Replicon: Escherichia coli plasmid pMB1 origin
Host range: Escherichia coli
Pichia pastoris; integrative
Parental clone: pPICZA; pCAGGS-E-MALT1Cd180::GyrB
Further information: The plasmid was constructed by PCR amplifying the E-tagged human MALT1Cd180::GyrB fragment from pCAGGS-E-MALT1Cd180::GyrB and ligating it as a KpnI/ApaI fragment into the pPICZA vector.
The plasmid was created for production of recombinant human MALT1 in Pichia pastoris for in vitro studies.
It encodes for residues 334-664 of human MALT1 fused to the E. coli GyraseB dimerization domain.
The nucleotide sequence of the human MALT1 coding sequence corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number AF130356.2.
Other name of the plasmid is pPICZ-MALT1C d180 Gyr B
EMBL Accession number: AF130356.2, view at EMBL, GenBank, DDBJ
