| Further information: | The plasmid was constructed by inserting the 5342 bp large EcoRI fragment from pES9 (containing the Salmonella typhimurium tryptophan synthetase A gene (trpA)) into the EcoRI site of pPLa2311. The fragment also contains the larger part of the trpB gene, except for the translation initiation region. The nucleotide sequence of this plasmid corresponds with the EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database accession number LT727539.1. The nucleotide sequence of the S. typhimurium fragment corresponds with the Genbank accession number NC_003197.1. Other name of the plasmid is pSRK2311A1. |
